A-AZ BEST HEATING & COOLING, INC. also provides MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS which include:

Two (2) complete preventative maintenance inspections;
One (1) prior to the heating season and one (1) prior to the cooling season
on any covered unit. Our maintenance will consist of :

1. Check Thermostat operation
2. Check filter and replace if needed (with customer supplied filter)
3. Measure system temperature split at unit in house
4. Measure system operating pressures
5. Inspect fused disconnect
6. Inspect system wiring and tighten electronic connections
7. Inspect relays and controls for proper operation
8. Inspect electrical safety circuits
9. Check voltage and amperage to all motors

10. Inspect indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup
11. Inspect bearings and lubricate all moving part (as required)
12. Check condenser and evaporative coils
13. Check defrost operation
14. Check resistant heat controls (as required)

     
"The service technician will then explain and document any repairs or part replacements
that may be needed to maintain your system's maximum efficiency".

 With our Preventative maintenance agreement you will also receive a 10% discount
on all parts and labor for any recommended repairs.

Service technicians at AZ Best are EPA section 608 Universal Ceritified to handle today's refrigerant. We practice
refrigerant recovery and recycling procedures to insure our service is environment friendly. We service all
